1. Huangcun Town, Daxing District is affiliated to Daxing District, Beijing. It is the seat of Daxing New City and the district government, and is located in the south of Beijing. It has a long history here. According to the unearthed cultural relics, it has formed a village in the Han Dynasty. Liao is Dongqili, Zhaoxian Township, Xijin County.

2. Huangcun area is the economic and political heart of Daxing District. It is adjacent to Xihongmen Town in the north, Yinghai area and Qingyundian Town in the east, Panggezhuang Town in the south, and Liangxiang Township, a satellite city in Fangshan District in the west. It is a town extending in all directions.

3. Daxing District is a district under Beijing Municipality. It is located in the south of Beijing.

4. Daxing has a long history, about 2,400 years since the county was established in the pre-Qin period, and it is one of the earliest organized counties in China. It belonged to Hebei Province before March 1958. On March 7, 1958, the 72nd meeting of the State Council decided to transfer Daxing County from Hebei Province to the jurisdiction of Beijing.

5. In April 1958, Jiugong, Yizhuang, Yinghai, Xihongmen and other places in Nanyuan District of Beijing were assigned to Daxing, and the county was changed to a district. On January 7, 1960, it was renamed Daxing County. On January 9, 2001, the State Council approved it.
