Outwild at Zion

october 17-20, 2024 | Orderville, Utah

An intimate women’s retreat for adventure, enlivenment, and connection. Join us right outside Zion National Park.

This event was so fantastic in 2022 and 2023, we had to bring it back in 2024. In this intimate women’s retreat, we breathe energy back into your mind, body, and life. Throughout the weekend, we use life-design workshops, yoga, and outdoor experiences to help you rediscover the enlivened version of you that is often stifled beneath your routine, patterns, and energy traps. You’ll leave the retreat not only with a renewed sense of vitality, but also with ideas in hand to reinvigorate all aspects of your life back home. Come prepared to journey through slot canyons, connect with like-minded women, eat incredible food, and breathe the fresh desert air!

*This event is inclusive and welcoming to all people who identify as women and genderqueer.

Guided activities

Via Ferrata:

Via Ferratas (“Iron way” in Italian) are a series of iron steps forged into a steep cliffside, making it possible for novice adventurers to enjoy the thrill and excitement of rock climbing without all the gear, agility, and training.

This tour includes climbing the first two pitches of our red and white rock-faced Via Ferrata, a vertical ascent of approx 700 ft, and a series of heart-wrenching rappels, including the absolutely stunning 220 ft rappel into our very own white rock, mini slot canyon. You won't regret taking on this challenge! From the top, guests will enjoy an unparalleled view of Orderville valley and of Zion National Park's east side. No rock climbing experience necessary. All equipment will be provided.

Canyoneering:

Experience the water carved landscapes of Utah on a canyoneering trip through a sandstone slot canyon. Our guided tour will involve hiking, rappelling, down-climbing, stemming, and in some cases wading through water.

Food and Beverage

It wouldn’t be a retreat experience without incredible food, which is why our talented friends at Path & Provisions will be catering the entire weekend! We’ll be providing locally-sourced, organic, vegetarian meals (with vegan and gluten-free options). There will also be ample snacks, tea and coffee. Please include any additional dietary restrictions in your survey at ticket checkout.
